HourGuard Time Sheet 1.3

HourGuard Time Sheet is a task time recording program. It allows you to create tasks and record how much time each one takes you, so you don't have to write it down manually. Thus you can, for instance, charge for your services more accurately.

The first time you open HourGuard, it will ask you what your hourly rate is. That will be used by default for all your tasks, but you can change the value for particular tasks. When you are done creating a task, you may start it. And a timer will appear in the lower part of the screen with the time it has taken you.

There is a list of active tasks in the main GUI. The list shows some information about them, like start time, end time, duration, notes, rate, cost, and account. You can have various accounts. HourGuard places an icon in the system tray area, from where you can start any of your added tasks or stop them. When you are done with a task, the application can create a report, specifying the times the task was stopped and started at, providing a quite detailed summary. Also, you can create invoices to be used for billing purposes. All in all, HourGuard will take care of the most annoying aspect of freelancing.
